By purchasing or activating your Easy Telephone Services Company d/b/a Easy Wireless (“Easy Wireless”)  handset or using any Easy Wireless service (“Service”), customer (“You”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Easy Wireless provides both Non-Lifeline and Lifeline service to their customers. These Terms and Conditions apply to all Easy Wireless service.  Please read these Terms and Conditions of Service carefully.  These Terms and Conditions of Service are a legally binding agreement between you and Easy Wireless, and become effective by activating or using an Easy Wireless phone.  They contain important information about your legal rights, and require that certain disputes be resolved through Arbitration.   Easy Wireless reserves the right to change or modify any of these Terms and Conditions of Service at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions of Service will be binding upon you once they are available on the Easy Wireless website found at  Please check this website often for updates to the Terms and Conditions of service.

Easy Wireless provides Lifeline Supported Service to eligible consumers. Lifeline reduces the cost of wireless or wireline telephone service with a discount that appears monthly on the subscriber’s invoice.  The Lifeline discount is available for only one telephone per household. An eligible customer may receive a Lifeline discount on wireline or wireless service, but not on both.  Lifeline support may vary between states, but the amount of discount seen on the subscriber invoice will equal the amount Easy Telephone Service Company d/b/a Easy Wireless receives in Federal Universal Service Support. Lifeline eligibility varies by state. Potential subscribers may qualify for the Lifeline program if they participate in one of the government programs listed below, or they may qualify if their household income meets the eligibility standards defined below.  When establishing Lifeline service with Easy Wireless, the subscriber is consenting to their name, telephone number, and address be given to the administrating body of the Lifeline Program known as the Universal Service Administrative Company, or USAC, for the purpose of verifying that the subscriber does not receive more than one Lifeline supported service. Refusal to grant permission for USAC to obtain this information will result in a denial of Lifeline service with Easy Wireless. The subscriber grants permission to Easy Wireless to access any records required to verify subscriber statements and to confirm continued eligibility of the Lifeline Program. This consent is in effect for the life of the subscriber plus 3 years after any service with Easy Wireless is terminated. If a subscriber, or any family member in the same household, obtains Lifeline service with any other provider, the subscriber is required to notify Easy Wireless immediately. Conversely, before a subscriber establishes service with Easy Wireless, all other Lifeline supported services must be terminated.  The subscriber is responsible for notifying the other provider they have been approved for service with Easy Wireless.

Potential subscribers may qualify for a Lifeline service offering if the subscriber meets certain state and federal eligibility requirements. These requirements are determined by the particular state where the subscriber resides, and by mandated regulations of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). These state and federal eligibility requirements are also based on either program or income based eligibility.

Easy Wireless subscribers are eligible to receive Lifeline discounts under the program based eligibility, if they participate in one or more of the following programs:

  • Medicaid
  • Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
  • Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) – Formerly known as Food Stamps
  • Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
  • National School Lunch Free Lunch Program
  • Federal Public Housing/Section 8
  • Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)

Subscribers on Federally Recognized Tribal Lands qualify if they participate in the following TRIBAL programs:

  • Tribally Administered TANF (TATNF)
  • Vocational Rehabilitation (including Hearing Impaired)
  • Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR)
  • Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance
  • Head Start (must meet income qualifying standards) (Tribal)

Eligibility varies by state. Some states have additional assistance programs through which a subscriber may be eligible for Lifeline supported service from Easy Wireless.  Proof of program participation will be required to demonstrate program based eligibility. Proof can consist of a copy of the program card, an award letter, or a statement from a qualifying program account manager or director.

Income based eligibility varies by state. The Lifeline reform of June 2012 by the FCC mandated that all states offer a minimum income eligibility of 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Some states may exceed this guideline. A subscriber is eligible for Lifeline service with Easy Wireless if their total combined household income is at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Proof of income documentation (such as a current tax return or 3 consecutive months’ check stubs) must be provided to demonstrate income based eligibility.

An Easy Wireless handset should arrive to you in an activated or “hotlined” status.  Activation may require a call to 611 to complete full activation.  An Easy Wireless telephone number is assigned to your Easy Wireless handset when you receive it, however, you will acquire no proprietary interest in any number assigned to you.  This number is “owned” by the underlying carrier and ownership will remain with the underlying carrier during time of service.  This number can be ported to any carrier of choice as long as number remains active throughout the completion of the port.  Should the telephone number be disconnected for any reason it is immediately released to the underlying carrier network and is unable to be re-attained by Easy Wireless, even upon customer request and immediate reactivation by the company. The wireless telecommunications networks used to transmit calls for the Service are owned and operated by various licensed commercial mobile radio service providers ("Carriers"), not Easy Wireless. Your handset can only be used through Easy Wireless, and cannot be activated with any other wireless or cellular service, except where allowable by law. Easy Wireless services are provided at Easy Wireless’ discretion.  Customers may port their existing telephone number to Easy Wireless’ carrier network.  Easy Wireless is not responsible for any “termination fees” that may be imposed by another carrier that ports their number to the Easy Wireless platform.

Subscribers participating in Lifeline service with Easy Wireless will be required to recertify their Lifeline eligibility on an annual basis, on or before their Lifeline anniversary date with the Company or before the end of the calendar year.  Recertifying their Lifeline eligibility will consist of attesting to their ongoing qualification to continue to participate in the program through an appropriate state or federal income or program based eligibility. Proof of eligibility may be required. Easy Wireless reserves the right to determine if a subscriber meets the annual recertification requirements. If Easy Wireless is unable to verify the required Lifeline qualifications, the subscriber will be deemed ineligible to participate in the Lifeline program through Easy Wireless and the free or reduced Lifeline plan will be replaced with the corresponding full priced non-Lifeline plan and/or customer service may be disconnected.

The following supported services are available to Easy Wireless customers.

  • Voice grade access to the public switched network. Easy Wireless service provides wireless access to the Public Switched Telecommunications Network (“PSTN”). “Voice grade access to the public switched network” is defined as a functionality that enables a subscriber of telecommunications services to transmit voice communications, including signaling the network that the caller wishes to place a call, and to receive voice communications, including receiving a signal indicating there is an incoming call in a bandwidth, at a minimum, between 300 to 3,000 Hertz;
  • Dual tone multi-frequency signaling or its functional equivalent. “Dual tone multi-frequency” (DTMF) is a method of signaling that facilitates the transportation of signaling through the public telecommunications network, shortening call set-up time. Easy Wireless handsets are “DTMF” capable;
  • Single-party service or its functional equivalent. “Single-party wireless service” is a dedicated message path for the length of a subscriber’s particular transmission. Easy Wireless provides customers with single-party access for the duration of every call a subscriber makes that is provided by the Company. Easy Wireless does not provide multi-party or party line service;
  • Access to emergency services. “Access to emergency services” is a service available to Easy Wireless subscribers that allows a subscriber to call to emergency services through a Public Service Access Point (PSAP) operated by the local government;
  • Access to operator services. “Access to operator services” is defined as having access to any automatic or live assistance to a consumer to arrange for billing or completion, or both, of a telephone call;
  • Access to interexchange service. “Access to interexchange service” is defined as the user of the telecommunication service having access to complete a long distance call or a toll call;
  • Access to directory assistance. “Access to directory assistance” is defined as access to a service that includes making available to customers, upon request, information contained in directory listings; and
  • Toll limitation for qualifying low-income consumers. “Toll limitation” Easy Wireless qualifying subscribers have the option to use their wireless service to complete a long distance call or toll call in an amount of service that limits the amount of toll service to which the subscriber has already paid.

Currently, the International call feature is blocked by Easy Wireless and their underlying carrier. In the event you successfully access an International Long Distance number, additional charges will incur at the following rates:

Guam, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands $0.10

Canada                                                                     $0.10

Mexico                                                                    $1.45

All other countries (except Guam, Puerto Rico

& US Virgin Islands)                               $1.28

Any charges you incur as a result of attempts to access this feature from an Easy Wireless handset is non-refundable.  Airtime deductions for international calls begin the moment the International Long Distance ("ILD") access number is dialed and may apply to dropped calls, misdialed numbers and busy destination numbers. When making international calls, you may experience connection failures more frequently than calls made within the United States. Easy Wireless will not credit airtime minutes deducted for unsuccessful calls. You will not be able to make or receive calls on your Easy Wireless handset when you are located outside of the United States, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

From time to time, Easy Wireless may offer various plans to its consumers, including Tribal Lifeline, Lifeline, Retail and Family plans. Currently, Easy Wireless Plans allow you to automatically purchase certain airtime denominations on a regular monthly basis, with or without the Lifeline discount. All airtime plans are governed by these Terms and Conditions and are available at  (You must have at least one active account with Easy Wireless to qualify for a Family Plan line.) In addition to the plans offered, Easy Wireless offers additional minute packages and data packages for sale.  To keep your account active and to avoid service interruption, you must either maintain a positive account balance at all times or pay any applicable subscription charges, depending on your service plan. Account balances are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or refundable. In the event of any modification that increases the charges, you will receive 30 days’ notice prior to being charged the new rate.  Additional minute purchases may not be combined with any other discount or promotion. As with most unlimited packages, unlimited use does not mean unreasonable use. There may be limits on your account administration: for example your account balance, number changes, or device changes. Please see Easy Wireless’ website for rate plans in your state.

Unlimited Plan services are provided solely for live dialogue between two individuals for personal, non-commercial use. “Unlimited” does not mean unreasonable use. Unreasonable voice use includes, but is not limited to, the following: machine-to-machine, monitoring services, transmission of broadcasts or recorded material, telemarketing, call center services, autodialed calls, an abnormally high number of conference calling, calls, or text messages, and/or calls of abnormally long duration and any and all commercial uses. This and other uses have the potential to disrupt reliable service to other customers and/or have a disproportionate impact on network resources, so are therefore considered unreasonable use of the service and will not be allowed. We may determine at our sole discretion that unreasonable usage is taking place if, for instance, you are placing an unusually high number of text messages, an unusually high number of calls, placing calls of unusually long duration, or using a disproportionate amount of usage when compared to other Easy Wireless customers.  While a text message may be sent to inform you that your usage is unreasonably high, we reserve the right to respond to such unreasonable usage by, without notice or limitation, implementing limits, adding voice or text monthly usage caps, placing you on a limited plan, or, at our sole discretion, terminating your service.

Any monthly minute packages with rollover will rollover unused minutes month to month for ninety (90) days. Minutes will expire on the ninety-first (91st) day.  Minutes purchased as additional airtime packages will be good for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, expiring on the 31st day.  Minutes purchased as additional airtime packages, with a thirty (30) day expiration, will be used before any rollover minutes are used, so that minutes that will expire first are used first.  Rollover policy is subject to change.  Unlimited minute plans will not rollover. Not all plans include rollover minutes.

Easy Wireless provides Flex Calling as an additional feature on its 100 and 1,000 minute plans.  If a call causes the subscriber to go beyond their monthly allotment of minutes, rather than have that call terminated mid conversation, Flex Calling allows a subscriber to complete their last call of the month.  The extra minutes used on that call will then be debited automatically from the subscriber’s next month allotment of minutes. If the subscriber adds Top Up minutes to their account while an overage is in effect, the negative balance will be deducted from the Top Up purchase instead.

Your Easy Wireless handset will only operate when you have airtime minutes/units available on the handset. (This does  not apply to 911 calls. These calls will go through on any handset regardless of activity and the availability of airtime minutes.)  Each prepaid airtime package comes with a number of minutes and a service period that begins to run from the day you add airtime to your handset.  Easy Wireless airtime minutes added to your wireless phone will expire with active service and Usage during a consecutive thirty (30) day period.   To keep your account active and to avoid    service interruption, you must either maintain a positive account balance at all times or pay any applicable subscription charges, depending on your service plan. Account balances are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or refundable.

Easy Wireless will send an invoice via text message to each customer monthly notifying them of their amount due, including their amount past due, and their due date.

If a customer does not pay for their monthly service, and they are a non-Lifeline customer, Easy Wireless will not renew their minutes on their next month’s plan.  In order to receive their next month of service, the customer must pay for the service in advance.

In all states, the Lifeline Customer will have the $9.25 Lifeline reimbursement applied to their service.  ($25 dollars more will be applied if the Lifeline customer is also Tribal – as in the State of Oklahoma.)  The remaining amount due will depend on the plan choice of the end user.  If the customer is paying for a higher priced plan, the customer will be moved to the lowest priced plan. In most states, this would move the customer to the free plan for 100 minutes.  In Oklahoma, this would move the Tribal customer to the 1,000 minute plan. The Tribal customer on the 1,000 minute plan, owing only $1, will continue to receive monthly service. Non-Tribal Customers will be moved to the free plan.  While this customer will not be disconnected for non-payment, this customer is required to pay their balance in full before any top-ups can be added to their account. Customer cannot be reinstated on the higher priced plan without paying their previous balance in full.

Any customer that is disconnected from Easy Wireless’ platform owing a balance will have that balance written off as uncollected funds. Easy Wireless will not continue to seek payment on the balance.  If the customer would like to return to Easy Wireless, a new account will be created. For Lifeline customers, this would mean showing proof of eligibility for Lifeline service.

15.    REFUNDS

All purchases of Easy Wireless Additional Minute Offerings are final and non-refundable regardless of who uses or possesses the subscriber’s wireless phone after airtime is purchases, and regardless of whether the wireless phone is used with the subscriber’s consent or knowledge. Monthly charges are not refundable. Prepaid service on Easy Wireless Promotional Offerings will not be refunded.

Easy Wireless customers using a Non-Lifeline service, such as a Retail Service or Pay-As-You-Go service, are required to purchase and load airtime at least once during any consecutive 30 day period. Airtime expires 30 day from the date of purchase. If no additional airtime is loaded within 30 days, then your service with Easy Wireless will be deactivated. Easy Wireless offers an Unlimited Minute Package for purchase. As with most unlimited packages, unlimited use does not mean unreasonable use. There may be limits on your account administration, for example your account balance, number changes, or device changes. The Unlimited Plan offered by Easy Wireless includes a limit on the amount of minutes a subscriber can use in a 30 day period that begins on the date of purchase. If you have any questions regarding the use of airtime minutes, please call Easy Wireless customer service at 1-877-476-3451.

Depending on your rate plan, your usage of data may be metered by Easy. Your data plan will include a data access usage limit of 1 Gig per service cycle. Smaller data plans are available. While most common uses are permitted by our data and messaging features, there are certain uses that cause extreme network capacity issues and are therefore prohibited. Performance Characteristics of Easy Wireless Data Plans:

Easy Wireless offers broadband internet access using the geographic areas covered by the Nationwide Sprint Network footprint. Easy Wireless does not guarantee data coverage availability in all areas. The advertised speed of Easy Wireless’ Internet service is the maximum speed achievable with the technology utilized by Easy Wireless or that is made available to Easy Wireless. While the maximum advertised speed may be available to some end users, several factors may affect the actual speed of Easy’s Internet service offerings, including, but not limited to: [the distance of the consumer from Sprint’s broadband tower (i.e., the further away the customer is, the slower the broadband speed), the end user’s device, activity during peak usage periods, and other Internet traffic.], or data throttling from Easy’s Network Provider.

From time to time Easy Wireless may offer handsets that advertise the capability of 4G/4G LTE speeds. However, the maximum speed of Easy Wireless’ data service is 3G as set by its Network provider. The actual speeds achieved with Easy Wireless’ Internet service offerings make Easy’s Internet service suitable for real-time applications.

Easy Wireless subscribers receiving unwanted text messages (“spam”) should contact the source and request to unsubscribe or remove the subscriber’s wireless phone number from the service. If an Easy Wireless subscriber intentionally sends spam from an Easy Wireless handset, the subscriber may be terminated without notice.

Easy Wireless subscribers receiving unwanted telephone calls should contact the source and request to unsubscribe from the calling list.  Subscriber can submit their number to the national Do Not Call Registry at  Easy Wireless is not responsible for preventing or stopping unwanted calls, including calls from telemarketers, bill collectors, collections departments, and salesmen.  If the calls a subscriber is receiving are harassing or threatening in nature, the subscriber should notify appropriate authorities. Easy Wireless is not at liberty give a call history log to any person, including the subscriber, without a subpoena from governing authorities. The call history log will be sent to the issuer of the subpoena only. Easy Wireless will provide a one-time telephone number change to a subscriber in the event said customer is receiving harassing or threatening phone calls.

Easy Wireless handsets will be available at events, store-fronts, and online at  In the event a handset needs to be shipped to the user, it is the user’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address to ensure receipt of goods. All orders are shipped at the earliest convenience of the company, and should be expected to be received by the user within 10 business days.  All shipping charges will be covered by Easy Wireless under most conditions. In the event a handset is returned for repair or replacement, if the damage is found to be by user error or abuse, user will be responsible for shipping costs to return the handset to the user.

Currently, call forwarding and roaming features are blocked by Easy Wireless and their underlying carrier. If you successfully access these features (not authorized by Easy Wireless), you will incur additional charges at the following rates:

Call Forwarding

$0.05 per call

$0.25 per minute

Any charges you may incur as a result of any attempts to access these features from your Easy Wireless handset are non- refundable.

Easy Wireless airtime is issued in unit increments.  Units are deducted from the Easy Wireless handset in the following manner all calls are charged at a rate of one (1) unit per minute.  All other phone models, calls are charged at a rate of one (1) unit per minute. Texts are charged at a rate of one (1) text per minute of voice.  Airtime minutes will be deducted for all time during which your Easy Wireless service is connected to, or using, the wireless system of any Carrier.  Use of a wireless system typically begins when you press the "send", "call" or other button to initiate or answer a call and does not end until you press the "end" button or the call is otherwise terminated.  Airtime minutes are deducted for all incoming and outgoing calls, including calls to toll free numbers, and calls to access your voice mail (airtime minutes will be deducted for each call separately).  Airtime for Three-Way calls may be deducted at twice the incremental rate.  Airtime minutes are NOT deducted for calls to 911, 611, or the 800# for Easy Wireless Customer Service.  For outbound calls, you may be charged airtime for incomplete and/or busy-no answer calls. (Although this is unlikely to occur, Easy Wireless is not able to dispute these charges and cannot refund for deducted minutes on an incomplete or busy no-answer call.)  Airtime minutes are deducted in full unit increments; partial minutes are rounded up to the next minute.  Airtime minutes will also be deducted for use of other services such as text messaging. Airtime minutes are deducted for all text messages sent and incoming text. No credit is given for dropped calls.

Calls to 900/976 or other pay-per-call service numbers are not available to Easy Wireless subscribers. Easy Wireless will block any calls to 1-900, 1-976, some international calling, or other pay-per-call services.  However, if any charges are received by Easy Wireless from the underlying carrier for these types of calls, these charges will be passed thru to the end user for payment. Non-payment of these charges, when billed to the subscriber, will constitute automatic disconnection of service.

Calls placed to 800/866/877 or other toll-free numbers will incur standard minute usage of a 1:1 ratio.  Easy Wireless allows subscribers to make or receive domestic long distance calls inside the domestic USA as long as coverage is available. Easy Wireless does not allow free calls to other subscribers using Easy Wireless service. Easy Wireless subscriber handsets do not provide rate information of service used to make or receive voice calls or messages. Easy Wireless does not offer free nights and weekends or free mobile-to-mobile service.

Easy Wireless service is provided at the company’s discretion. Easy Wireless may change pricing or the company’s Terms and Conditions of Service, from time to time, without notice, unless expressly prohibited by law.   Easy Wireless will notify subscribers of change to the Terms and Conditions of Service that are determined to be materially adverse to a subscriber’s service 30 days in advance of the change. If subscriber does not terminate service within 30 days of receiving this notice of a change in the Terms and Conditions of Service, subscriber agrees to accept any such changes.  A subscriber’s right to use Easy Wireless service is subject to the Company’s business practices, policies, procedures, rates, and Terms and Conditions of Service.  Easy Wireless reserves the right to modify or cancel a subscriber’s service, an account, or take corrective action at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Service.

Easy Wireless provides mobile telecommunications services using the geographic areas covered by the Nationwide Sprint Network footprint. Easy Wireless may provide Lifeline supported services in these areas based on state authorized licensing areas. Easy Wireless does not guarantee coverage availability in all areas. Local phone numbers may not be available in all areas. Subscribers do not have the ability to use Easy Wireless service with any other wireless phone, device, or on another network. Subscribers may not use an Easy Wireless handset with any other service or network. Airtime may be used for domestic calling from the United States and for other services as provided in these Terms and Conditions of Service. Easy Wireless service is for personal use only and may not be used in a manner that interferes with another Easy Wireless customer’s use of service. Easy Wireless has determined that ability to provide good service to subscribers may be impaired when customers place abnormally high number of calls, send or receive an unusually high number of messages, or repeatedly place calls of unusually long duration, relative to typical usage by other Easy Wireless customers on similar service plans. Such non-typical usage suggests that a wireless phone is being used for other than personal use and is in violation of these Terms and Conditions of Service. Easy Wireless services are provided solely for live dialogue between two individuals. Easy Wireless services may not be used for any type of monitoring services, any data transmissions, or other non-personal related connections that do not consist of uninterrupted live dialogue between two individuals. An Easy Wireless subscriber account may be moved, without prior notice, to a limited minute plan if a subscriber’s usage is determined to be used in violation of the Terms and Conditions of Service for non-personal use, pager service, voicemail retrieval service, excessive use, or other uses deemed inappropriate. Dependent on the severity of the violation, Easy Wireless, at their sole discretion, may terminate the subscriber’s service without prior notice.  If a subscriber account is deactivated for any reason, Easy Wireless may assess subscribers a standard reactivation fee, which is non-refundable.

If you are in an area where your Easy Wireless handset is searching for a wireless signal or there is no wireless signal or wireless service, it is highly probable that a call to 911 will not go through. Do not rely solely on your Easy Wireless handset in an emergency situation. In an emergency, locate the nearest landline phone and call for help.

The Easy Wireless handset is exclusively for use by you, the end consumer, with the prepaid wireless service available solely in the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Any other use of your Easy Wireless handset, including without limitation, any resale, unlocking and/or re-flashing of the handset is unauthorized and constitutes a violation of your agreement with Easy Wireless You agree not to unlock, re-flash, tamper with or alter your Easy Wireless handset or its software, enter unauthorized PIN numbers, engage in any other unauthorized or illegal use of your Easy Wireless handset or the Service, or assist others in such acts, or to sell and/or export Easy Wireless handsets outside of the United States. These acts violate Easy Wireless rights and state and federal laws. Improper, illegal or unauthorized use of your Easy Wireless handset is a violation of this agreement and may result in immediate discontinuation of Service and legal action.  Easy Wireless will prosecute violators to the full extent of the law. You agree that any violation of this agreement through your improper, illegal or unauthorized use shall entitle Easy Wireless to recover liquidated damages from you in an amount not less than $5,000 per handset purchased, sold, acquired or used in violation of this agreement.

Easy Wireless services use radio transmissions and are therefore affected by limitations. Coverage is not available everywhere. Service is subject to transmission limitations caused by certain equipment and compatibility issues, atmospheric, topographical and other conditions. Service may also be affected by damage to wireless handsets. Easy Wireless does not guarantee, or warrant, that service will be available at any specific time or geographical location, or that service will be provided without possible interruption. You should therefore never solely rely on your wireless phone for emergency calls, such as to 911. Easy Wireless customers have access to dial 911 in an emergency. However, occasionally a subscriber may attempt to call 911 in an area where there is no wireless coverage. If there is no wireless coverage, a subscriber’s call to 911 may not go through and the subscriber should dial 911 from the nearest landline phone.

Further, Service may be temporarily refused, limited, interrupted or curtailed due to system capacity limitations, technology migration or limitations imposed by the Carrier, or because of equipment modifications, upgrades, repairs or relocations or other similar activities necessary or proper for the operation or improvement of the Carrier’s radio telephone system. At any time, Easy Wireless reserves the right to substitute and/or replace any Easy Wireless equipment (including handsets) with other Easy Wireless equipment including handsets of comparable quality. Some functions and features referenced in the Manufacturer’s manual for a particular handset may not be available on your Easy Wireless handset and does not warrant or guarantee availability of network or of any Services at any specific time or geographic location or that the Services will be provided without interruption. Neither Easy Wireless nor any Carrier shall have any liability for Service failures, outages or limitations of Service.

By applying or activating service with Easy Wireless, a subscriber agrees not to use Easy Wireless services in any way that is illegal, abusive, or fraudulent. This will be determined by Easy Wireless in its sole discretion. You may also not alter any of the software or hardware on your Easy Wireless handset for any purpose. Easy Wireless phones may not be sold to third parties.

In order to verify if you reside within a service area please visit where you will find coverage maps on the website to verify coverage. Easy Wireless does not guarantee coverage or network availability.

Certain mobile phone features may not be available throughout the entire network or their functionality may be limited. All plan rates, features, functionality and other product specifications are subject to change without notice or obligation. Model and color of phones may vary. All talk and standby times are quoted in Digital Mode and are approximate.

The wireless telephone industry has developed ratings to assist hearing device users in finding wireless devices that may be compatible with your hearing devices. Not all wireless devices have been rated. Wireless devices that are rated will have the rating displayed on their box together with other relevant approval markings.

These ratings are not guarantees. Results will vary depending on your hearing device and hearing loss. If your hearing device is vulnerable to interference you may not be able to use a rated wireless device successfully.  If a specific HAC device is needed due to a subscriber’s particular hearing device or hearing loss, that device can be requested from the company by contact their Customer Service department at 877-476-3451 or by requesting the RMA department once a rep comes on the line.

M-Ratings: Wireless devices rated M3 or M4 meet FCC requirements and are likely to generate less interference to hearing devices than wireless devices that are not labeled. M4 is the better/higher of the two ratings.

T-Ratings: Wireless devices rated T3 or T4 meet FCC requirements and are likely to be more usable with a hearing device’s telecoil (“T Switch” or “Telephone Switch”) than unrated wireless devices. T4 is the better/higher of the two ratings. (Note that not all hearing devices have telecoils in them).

When a wireless device is used near a hearing device, such as hearing aids and cochlear implants, users may detect a buzzing, humming, or whining noise. Some hearing devices are more immune than others to this interference, and wireless devices also vary in the amount of interference they generate.

Hearing devices may also be measured for immunity to this type of interference. The more immune your hearing aid is, the less likely you are to experience interference noise from wireless devices. Your hearing device manufacturer or hearing health professional may help you find results for your hearing device.
